PPH details displayed in the modal have been supplied by CheckUP through the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) and is represented at an SA3 level rather than the SA2 level that the map displays.
SEIFA ranks areas in Australia according to relative socio-economic advantage and disadvantage . SEIFA ratings have been visually dispayed in the form of a bar graph for each SA2 region for greater understanding and allow correlation between regions and their communities.
The Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander population data for each SA2 region have been obtained from additional ABS resources. The chart has then been created by utilising the total SA2 population dataset alongside this Indigenous dataset.
Other SA2 region details displayed including the federal electorate, size, and population have been obtained from the ABS and are current as of 2016.
